2 State-Variable filter sections controlled by a common Frequency control
Switched Resistor Voltage Controlled Filter from Barton Musical Circuits built by Lower West Side Studio
The BMC034 Switched Resistor Voltage Controlled Filter from Barton Musical Circuits offers two state-variable filter sections controlled by a common Frequency control. The filter utilizes analog switches to adjust the frequency of the filter.
The filters can be used in series or to process stereo signals.
The BMC034 Switched Resistor VCF comes in a 2U width with 1″ (25.4mm) knobs controlling 4 potentiometers;
Frequency (common)
Frequency CV
Resonance 1
Resonance 2
Inputs include;
Signal Inputs 1 & 2
Frequency Modulation Control Voltage
Clock (for analog switches)
Low Pass, Band Pass and High Pass Outputs are available on both channels. All Outputs are simultaneously active.
NEW: Our updated version of the BMC034 now provides THRU output jacks for the Control Voltage and Clock Inputs. In addition Input # 2 is normalized to Input # 1 allowing you to get 6 simultaneous filtered outputs from a single input.
The module operates at +/- 15V and comes with a Synthesizers.com style power connector.
These merchants probably sell this module. Huh?
