CV-to-MS-20(mini) converter

MS2 control-voltage-converter:
- converts the standard CV-characteristic from V/Oct. In to Hz/V Out
- antilog-amplifier-design from the Korg MS2 schematic
- Korg MS20 or old Yamaha synthies can be CV-controlled (e.g. from an Autobot) in the same scale as the standard.
