Available as an assembled Module and as a DIY project.
This Module is a prototype or in a concept phase.
It's like a knob that you can "turn" with a control voltage.
It's a VCA.
It's a crossfader.
It's a mixer.
It's a voltage source.
It's the VC Knob II!
This module gives you voltage-control over a knob, but you decide what the knob does. Turning the knob crossfades between two signals, whether they be audio signals, DC voltages, or anything in between. It even has built-in voltage sources you can use to drive one side of the knob or offset external signals.
Here are some fun signals you can fade between:
* GND and +5V
* GND and -7.344V
* -2.5 and +2.5V
* GND and a sine wave
* Sawtooth and triangle wave
* Square wave and noise with a DC offset of 0.7V
* -3.3V and a recording of yourself beatboxing (we're not here to judge)
Each module contains two crossfading knobs.
Inputs:
* CCW Signal In
* CW Signal In
* Knob CV In (0V=CCW, 5V=CW). Mixes with knob position.
Outputs:
* Signal Out
Controls:
* The knob
* CCW voltage offset (range -10V to +10V) Mixes with CCW signal input.
* CW voltage offset (range -10V to +10V) Mixes with CW signal input.
