A versatile 12hp VCO/LFO. It features all the standard waveforms including Sine Triangle Saw and Pulse. The latter can additionally be adjusted by PWM.
The Triangle Core Oscillator is one of three in the EXP VCO series. It is a Voltage Controlled Oscillator that can be set to 3 different speeds, so in turn can also be used as a Lo Frequency Voltage Controlled Oscillator, or short LFO.
The Triangle core design allows for a pretty good consistency of waveforms across all frequencies. It tracks very well across 5 octaves. It is possible to re-callibrate and adjust this using the trimpots on the rear of the module.
The V-Offset switch allows for a specific voltage offset, which is calibrated to 4 and 7 semitones. This allows for easy chord making and fun offsets. The values can be adjusted with the 2 trimpots on the rear.
Inputs include:
Pulse Width Modulation for the Pulse wave.
Exponential FM With Attenuator.
Linear FM With Attenuator.
An incredible Hard Sync, that can take an external Square wave for syncing 2 oscillators.
And 2 Voltage per Octave inputs, that mixdown to one output. These can also be used as regular unattenuated Exponential FM inputs.
Outputs listed on the bottom of the module: Sine, Triangle, Ramp and Pulse/Square wave.
