Ethernet (RJ-45) signal distribution module

Ethernet for Eurorack!

Well, not exactly... this is a passive module that uses an RJ-45 jack for distributing signals between two modular systems: across the table, across the room, or even across a stage.

Ethernet cables carry 8 signals but this module uses pin 8 to provide a common ground between cases, so you get a total of 7 patch points.

Be sure to use a "straight through" cable instead of a "crossover" cable. The crossover cable will not provide an exact 1:1 mapping of all input/output signals between two modules due to its internal wiring.
