C Input jack + LED
AND, OR, XOR1, XOR2 and NAND/NOR output jacks + LEDs

three input level driven boolean logic module, outputs:
AND (all three active inputs makes output active)
OR (at least one active input makes output active)
XOR1 (just one active input makes output active)
XOR2 (just two active inputs makes output active)
NAND/NOR (inversion of AND or OR outputs, jumper selectable, jumper set=NAND, removed=NOR)
