U-080 Triple manual fixed CV module for Eurorack / Doepfer A100 system

Manual CV knob, CV out jack + indication LEDs for all channels (ch3 with two output jacks).

CV range can be set by internal jumpers:
top jumper sets bipolar (jumper set) or unipolar (jumper removed) operation, bottom jumper sets CV range to 5V (jumper set) or 10V (jumper removed).
Jumper combination determines working CV range (for each channel independently): 0 to 5V, 0 to 10V, -2,5V to +2,5V or -5V to +5V.
