Our first produced distortion effect and overdrive for bass sounds adds upper octaves and harmonic content to the incoming signals.
Texture control changes the type of harmonic distortion.
A liquid scat sound is produced when this control is in its extreme counter-clockwise position and on it´s clockwise rotation results in a hard upper harmonic being added.
The blend controls the addition of unmodified sound, on it´s counter clockwise rotation results in straight input signal clockwise rotation gives a full modified output.
The post tone control based on a tilt circuit, centered at 900 Hz, allows the outcoming signal to be adapted to the desired scat taste.
With this effect you can get sounds ranging from thick fuzz, bass fuzz, octave boost, octave swell.
