YM3812 with all variables patchable

All parameters for the two operators are available to the user either though potentiometers, or switches as appropriate. There are patch points available or each parameter. Those that correspond to a potentiometer, use a -5 to +5 voltage input. Any patched in voltage will override the potentiometer. Any patch point that are used with the switch accept a gate type input. Each switch and corresponding patch point are xor'ed together. So that a patch input will invert the sate of the switch and vis versa. The percussion sounds have not been implemented to give the maximum polyphony of sustained and released notes
