This module by Alizon Devices (Hungary) is based on the original Atari Punk Console circuitry. The oscillator frequency can be controlled by CV inputs (fine + coarse) and by using the two light-sensitive optical sensors. The audio output can be also used as a modulation source. The results can be weird, crazy and absolutely unexpected.
