This Module is currently available.
A compact 4 HP module that generates two variable CV outputs when gated on, perfect for controlling any module.
The AM964 Module is an enhanced replica of the Moog Triggered Controller which was created in 1969 for a one-off performance in New York. This utility module is just 4HP wide and can be used to generate two CV's for any type of module, The voltages can be set manually or by dynamic sequencer or keyboard control. The AM964 is especially useful in live performances.
The module can generate two variable output voltages that are set by the control knobs, and activated by either the white latching push button at the base of the panel or by a V-trigger signal that is patched into the module. A red LED indicates when the voltages are set on.
The range of each voltage can be set independently from 0 - 2V for pitch control or from 0 - 6V for CV modulation control. The AM964 can control any module that accepts CV inputs and thanks to the on-board precision reference voltage it can be used as a stable source of pitch CV's.

These merchants probably sell this module. Huh?
