Custom 4 hp Vent Panel

I made my vent panels out of Middle Atlantic brand vented rack panels which are 16-gauge perforated steel. They come in 1, 2, and 3 U sizes models VT-1, VT-2, and VT-3 and I cut them up using heavy duty tin snips, Wiss brand model A10BS which are only rated to cut 22 gauge steel but since I was just cutting through the thin perforation they handled it OK.
