Audio Mixer with frequency counter

Hertz provides two summed outputs for an ideal front end to one or more filters — either in parallel or series. Hertz is complemented with an integrated frequency counter displaying either numeric frequency or musical notes. Channel display selection is controlled by a pushbutton. The display can also be switched by pushbutton between numeric frequency and musical notes with fine tuning indicators. Hertz can measure sub-audible modulation frequencies as well as audio.

Musical benefits: aids in precise tuning of LFOs and VCOs, aids in patch recall, and when used in conjunction with the Monde Synthesizer Inz allows tuning of external instruments.
