"The Sport Modulator 2 is a dual "lag and hold" device that can be quite a few things, depending on how you use it. It can be patched as a slew, an oscillator / LFO, a triggered staircase generator, a sub-harmonic generator / divider, a VCA, a sample and hold, track and hold, a double comparator, trigger delay, one-shot, envelope follower, quadrature function generator, “bit-crusher”, and probably several other things I can't think of at the moment... The open architecture of the Sport Mod is strongly inspired by the Serge SSG, with quite a few distinctions, and should invite a lot of experimentation and discovery."
