Fitzgreyve 100m-ish Output Mixer

Designed to replicate the user interface and most of the behaviours of the Roland 100m Mixer module, M-131

The following changes have been made to the Roland circuit:

• The pan circuits have been modified – the 100m module used log/anti-log potentiometers – now very hard to find, if at all.
• Options are included to use combinations of linear or log (audio) taper potentiometers.
• The headphone amp circuit is different.
• Does not include the tuning oscillator. (I have a separate PIC based design for this if anyone is interested!).
