Great White Ape

Hand-painted self-portrait of the Great White Ape

The Great White Ape, drawn from his jungle home by the sound of the city, saw a reflection of himself in the window of a store as he explored the strange creations of humanity. The sun shone brightly on the outline of his figure, while the shadows cast darkness over the unkist portions of his body. He marveled at the figure, and, when introduced to the vast array of artistic mediums available to him, selected acrylic paints in titanium white and permanent black to memorialize the vision of his first self-reflection.
