Wavefolder IN:
Inputs audio signals.

Ring modulation Xin: Xin input for
ring modulation . Can also be used as audio input for VCA.

Ring modulation Yin:
Ring modulation Yin input. Can also be used as a CV input for VCA.

Wavefolder OUT1:
Outputs the folded signal.

Wavefolder OUT2:
Outputs a folded signal. The amount of folding is greater for OUT2 than for OUT1 (the waveform is folded back more).

Ring modulation OUT:
The output is the product (multiplication) of the Xin and Yin signals.

Overall
A wavefolder adds new harmonics by folding and transforming the waveform, and a ring modulator changes the harmonic attack by multiplying different waveforms.

Both modules change the harmonic structure and are ideal for creating ear-catching lead sounds.
