Self-oscillating fuzz
This can be complete and utter nonsense or controlled chaos. Depending upon where the controls are set, the tones range from broken and fizzy, with unpleasant decay or transformed into a huge rainbow of lasers and random blips and boops.
If you are game, harness the Chaos Star as a booster into an already crunchy or distorted tone for complete tonal annihilation.
CONTROLS
Vol – Output level
Thres –Threshold of chaos. Fully -clockwise is the tamest setting, with the self-oscillator fully gated.
Sens – Determines how much of the instrument input signal will modulate the Freq control.
Freq –Sweeps between a range of thick octaves, down to thin and nasal.
