Preamp/distortion pedal based on the pre-amp circuit of the Ampeg VH140c
The VeJ1 is based on one of the most used solid-state amp, the Ampeg VH140c (Channel A). You get full control over your tone with a 3-band EQ and Gain/Volume knobs.
Real gritty death metal tone ahead. With an intense EQ leaning toward a HM-2 tone and a growly distortion, it's really a beast of its own. Start with the EQ maxed on all 3 bands and gain at half. With max gain and Treble, it starts to Fuzz and compress a lot.
