This Warm Audio Jet Phaser was intended to be the basis for a modification package from FXdoctor but due to the pedal's design it ended up not being not cost effective to modify so this is a 1 of 1. There's a lot more information on their blog about this pedal but the summary of all of the work that's been done since this unit costs more than buying one new:1. Install additional center footswitch so Phaser and Fuzz can be activated separately. In the stock form you needed to use the Mode switch to decide if you wanted Fuzz with your Phaser.2. Convert pedal to true bypass- both the Fuzz switch (left) and Phase switch (center) are true bypass and can be used independently.3. Install status LEDs for phaser, fuzz, and fast footswitch.4. Install fuzz Tone knob in place of the Mode 6-position rotary switch. This works similar to a Big Muff tone knob.5. Install phaser Depth 3-way toggle switch: Low, Medium, and High settings.6. Install volume boost circuit to increase the output of the phase circuit. This can be adjusted internally if needed. The stock pedal has a large volume drop when activated and this corrects that.These mods are all designed to add functionality that make the pedal easier to use and more versatile without changing the base tone of the fuzz or distortion. The pedal has minor wear from light use and testing but overall is in great shape. There's a small ding on the wooden side that's clearly visible in the photos. Original box, manual, and power supply are included.
