This is a hand wired clone of the DOD overdrive 250 gray box. It is a very versatile overdrive that sounds like classic rock! I prefer it to boutique drives priced three times higher. This example is a little noisy when the drive is at full. If you use a noise gate this may be a non issue. As photographed these settings give great gritty drive with almost no extraneous noise.
