Beautiful and intricate analog bucket brigade delay. I love the vintage DM 2 setting. You can dial in ping-pong, tape delay, modulation, etc. It can be used in stereo, has a tap tempo, midi in/out, expression jack... It can do a lot! *I accidentally pulled off the serial number when I removed the Velcro (see pic), but I have the receipt to prove that I bought it! The Boss DM-101 Delay Machine is an analog delay pedal that uses eight Bucket Brigade Device chips and 12 delay modes with modulation options for each. It has a stereo output for six of the modes and MIDI. The DM-101 has 1200 milliseconds of delay time and features six mono modes and six stereo modes. The mono modes are Classic, Vintage, Modern, Multi-Head, Non-Linear, and Ambience. The stereo modes are Reflect, Doubling + Delay, Wide, Dual Mod, Pan, and Pattern. The opposite side of the unit has two knobs for modulation depth and rate, as well as a variation knob that regulates a secondary function specific to each of the DM-101's 12 voices.
