It is missing 1 phillips screw though it otherwise intact and in perfect working order. All (4) gray rubber feet are present.– There is tape residue on the top that has not been addressed. It can more thank likely be removed with a little Goo Gone.– The original connector cable is black, which is somewhat rare.– This rare Mu-Tron accessory works perfectly.
