Peep this 1975 "Bud Box" MXR Dyna Comp! From MXR’s first era of pedals, this lady in red was hand wired, spray painted, screen printed and assembled in a Rochester New York basement—likely sold to a guitar player or music shop from the trunk of a car. Of course, this pedal includes the legendary "metal can" RCA CA3080 IC that helped make MXR famous. Please note that we would consider this to be in Excellent condition but there is some slight discoloration around the knobs.Aside from a period-correct replacement CTS "sensitivity" pot, this pedal is 100% original with no mods, no weird holes drilled into the housing or anything like that. The "output" pot is dated the 24th week of 1975. Aside from the discoloration, I would consider this "collector grade". As with all of our pedals, this item has been meticulously cleaned and tested, assuring that this beauty sounds just as good as it did nearly 50 years ago.
