Just got this on a whim to try out especially after andy martin's impressive showing on that pedal show a while back - I like the echoplex setting that he obviously had a lot to do with, and the looper is very nice to have on a minimalist board for practicing or maybe an occasional pad for the band to start / end a song. But I don't love that you need to adjust the effect level to all the way up to get a solid loop recording volume. I think the DMM setting is rubbish, too modulated and doesn't decay like a memory man, but it can fulfill similar needs in a pinch. I'm kind of a snob with delay pedals - given that I'm selling a Keeley Halo Core and a Way Huge Supa Puss, you can safely say that this TC pedal does not remotely compare to the quality of those two pedals - at least not in the pure sound I'm going for. Sure it's versatile and stylish - and quality built - but I don't like enough of the sounds to justify it on a board. If you are a beginning player or know someone looking to explore pedals, this is a better fit for someone in that lane. Let me know if I can be helpful at all - questions etc. - thanks for looking!
