This is a Marshall The Guv'nor overdrive pedal. This pedal was created in the late 80s to replicate the drive tones of the Marshall Plexi and JCM800 amps. The Guv'nor allows you to control the gain, level, EQ, and sports a loop output for use of other pedals.This is an original Made In England (not Made In Korea or the new Made In England Reissue). It is missing its back foam and sticker and has also had an additional jack installed in its side, which is no longer connected to anything.
