This unit works as is with the effects that are currently loaded onto it, but has had issues with its Bluetooth and USB connectivity. To use this with the H9 control app, you may need to do some troubleshooting. I haven't yet tried other power supplies or USB cables. Eventide offers Servicing to all their units at a flat $100. I have reduced the price on this unit to reflect the possibility that you may opt to send it in to have the connectivity issue resolved. This unit includes the box, all included documentation, and cables. There is some loop-side velcro on the back.
