There is some hyperbole in that - everything has its limits. But the core point of Blooper is you can layer texture upon texture, modifying each with an array of modes and twiddles, to produce ... well, like with Habit you may satisfy yourself by developing new sound ideas, full stop; but don't rule out creating some deep loops for use as backing to recording and performing.Bit more from Chase here: the dream of Blooper was to merge high-fidelity looping with creative manipulation, allowing you to steer recordings to new and extraordinary places.
