Hello and thanks for checking out my listing.I'm a multi instrumentalist and primarily used this for Bass guitar. I come from a broadcast background and compression is used extensively throughout my commercial work. I loved that this comp is studio grade, quite transparent and has the typical controls. I don't care for single knobs comps or quirky labels for the controls. This one is setup like a studio unit with Threshold, Ratio, Attack, Release and Gain... Perfect! It always sounded thick and beefy on bass once dialed in. I did use it on acoustic guitar for some sessions and it performed well, Keeley makes good stuff. I've since gone with a HX Stomp and the built in compressors are adequate for the amount of bass I'm still playing these days. It's never been mounted on a pedal board, I'd set it up each gig on top of my amp and use it as an always on comp.Let me know if you have any questions or shoot me an offer. -- Luke
