Every standard setting (plate, room, spring, and hall) sounds exactly as it should, and the reverse, gated, and modulated are very special and well-executed bonuses. As a bassist, I often find that a compressor, DI preamp, EQ, and tuner are sufficient for 90% of the situations I find myself in, and having such beautiful pedals just sitting idle in the gear drawer is a waste.Important: the light does not turn on when you turn the effect on. This does not affect the operation of the pedal and the LED could easily be replaced, but you will initially have to rely on your ears instead of your eyes to verify that the effect is on. Barring the LED and some minor cosmetic dents, the pedal is in great condition and works flawlessly.
