When I do that it shows only one copy of the modules, but in the modules tab it still shows duplicates. Do I need to delete them and reload them?

I just discovered the new(?) 1U feature, which is really nice. And timely, as I just finished my new rack with 1U spaces. However it is a 7 row rack with 4 3Us and 1Us in between. Modular Grid does not seem to be happy with this. Any way it can be expanded?

No. It allows for an FTDI programming cable such as the programming cable Circuit Abbey sells.
